Experience Check
I stay as a guest for two nights, you cover the stay, and you get a written report, plus a call.

Step 02
Concept Pack
The story, the rituals, the moodboard, and an interactive presentation of the concept.

Step 03 The core
Concept & Launch Pack
Everything in the Concept Pack, plus interior design and styling, brand, a website with direct booking and &locals give-back, and the launch itself.

Is the Experience Check required?
No. You can start directly with a Concept Pack or the full Concept & Launch Pack. The Check is simply the lowest-risk way in, and its €950 is credited in full if you start a concept within 60 days.
How is the €950 credited?
If you commit to a Concept Pack or the Concept & Launch Pack within 60 days of the Experience Check, the €950 is deducted in full from that invoice.
What does "from" depend on?
The number of units, the scope of the interior work, and how much new photography and video the launch needs. You get a fixed quote before anything starts.
What is the &locals give-back?
A section built into every launch website where guests book direct with the stay. Payment and booking stay with you, never with me, and a fixed amount from every direct-booked night goes to one named local project in the stay's town.
Who is it for?
Owners of existing small, high-end stays adding units or relaunching. Worldwide, with the Netherlands and Belgium as home market.
How long does it take?
A typical Concept & Launch Pack runs 6 to 8 weeks from the first conversation to launch.
Do you work abroad?
Yes. The studio works worldwide; the Netherlands and Belgium are the home market.
